Are Marketing/Sales positions with Four Facets 1099 Independent Contractor roles or W2 positions?

While some roles in the marketing/sales industry are 1099 independent contracts, we only hire for W2 positions.

What are Four Facets’ hours of operation?

Office Administrative Hours: Monday-Friday 8 am-5 pm

Marketing & Sales Department: Monday-Friday 10 am-6 pm

Are Marketing/Sales positions paid solely on commissions?

No, all positions with Four Facets have a base/hourly pay. Marketing/Sales roles have additional opportunities to earn commission and performance bonuses.

Is Four Facets associated with any Multi-Level Marketing, MLM, Pyramid Scheme, Pyramid style selling, or “DevilCorp”?

Okay, this one made us laugh, but we’ve been asked, so we wanted to address it. No, Four Facets does not participate in any MLM, pyramid-style selling, or “DevilCorp” business practices. All employees are W2, have a set schedule, and we have no positions paid solely on commission. There is no cost for training (we have paid training and additional new hire bonuses), our employees do not buy any products/services, and are not asked or encouraged to recruit their friends/family to buy/sell/work with us.  There are energy companies, such as Ambit Energy, that operate on a Multi-Level Marketing (MLM) business model, but we do not work with and are not associated with them. Side note: DevilCorp would be a great name for a metal band.
